El presente artículo busca analizar la figura del facilitador, en el marco de la colusión para la práctica de conductas anticompetitivas de coordinación, en los casos en los que el agente económico que ejecuta prácticas facilitadoras está en un nivel distinto al de los agentes que realizan la colusión horizontal.Para ello, se describe de manera detallada la configuración de esta figura, así como los diferentes escenarios en los que se puede presentar.Finalmente, se analiza algunos casos concretos en los que se dio la figura del facilitador.
